For nearly three decades, jOey Stoltz lived a life shaped by discipline, leadership, and service in the United States Army. When he retired, he didn’t step away from purpose — he redirected it. Coaching young athletes, supporting his own kids through sports, and capturing their stories through photography revealed something bigger than competition. It revealed a community that needed a place to grow.

runFAS became that place.

What began as one coach with a camera and a mission has grown into a movement built on connection. Athletes, families, and supporters come together here not just to run fast, but to build confidence, develop character, and learn what it means to serve others.

Our pillars — Foundation, Action, Service — guide everything we do.

They shape our coaching.

They shape our storytelling.

They shape our culture.

Today, runFAS is more than a program. It’s a community built on purpose. A place where athletes are seen, supported, and challenged. A place where stories matter. A place where running becomes a vehicle for growth — on the track, in life, and in the world.

This is who we are.

This is why we exist.

This is our story.
